I have a question about my Hardware Recommendations Stack Exchange post: Will two Quadro RTX 8000 outperform two Titan RTX in gaming

Can someone please explain why my question was intepreted by the moderator as hardware toubleshooting while i clearly asked for a recomendation between Quadro and titan.

PS- i am adding images also because i am not sure whether all other people can see deleted questions

  • will @ArtOfCode be notified if i comment this way?? – Thulashitharan D Jul 14 '20 at 14:39
  • and btw why would a moderator delete a question i have never seen that happening before in other stack exchanges. It is so rude i realise why this site has a very poor number of questions.Moderators are expecting us to be some kind of phd holders in hardwares.but stack exchange is meant for community equally for noobs and pros.as the legend goes noob players doesnt mean bad player. – Thulashitharan D Jul 14 '20 at 15:20
  • ArtOfCode will not be notified by that comment, because ArtOfCode has not previously participated on this question... but ArtOfCode gets notifications for every single meta post, so ArtOfCode has seen this post anyway. – ArtOfCode Jul 15 '20 at 0:06
  • I'm more confused about how you think "will two X outperform two Y" is not technical support... – ArtOfCode Jul 15 '20 at 0:07
  • @ArtOfCode i am planning to use a NVlink.....i have mentioned that also.my question is asking a reccomendation between titan and quadro for the reasons i have stated in the question. i did not ask about how to configure multigpu.... – Thulashitharan D Jul 15 '20 at 3:21
  • "should i buy two Quadro RTX 8000 or two Titan RTX for better frame rates while gaming"... that's from when I closed/deleted it. It seems to me that's effectively asking "does Quadro RTX or Titan RTX have better framerate", which... is the definition of asking for technical support. – ArtOfCode Jul 15 '20 at 20:59
  • @ArtOfCode no that is not the definition "technical support".It's your definition....Unless you change your definition this forum is going to be close to useless.....i really did not get a convincing answere from you.Anyways Thanks for replying.Iil ask on reddit. – Thulashitharan D Jul 16 '20 at 3:20
  • It's not my definition, it's the definition this site has decided on - it simply falls to me to enforce. – ArtOfCode Jul 16 '20 at 8:10
  • @ArtOfCode Well you are enforcing it very well . :) – Thulashitharan D Jul 16 '20 at 9:13
